Spurwink Services is looking for an LCSW who has experience as a successful clinical program supervisor and/or clinical administrator to join Spurwink Services as an Associate Regional Director. This individual will provide supervision and administrative oversight for an array of children's outpatient services in York County and will be based in Spurwink's Biddeford office. This key leadership position will provide clinical supervision and oversee the integrated training, cross-program referrals and the day-to-day operational effectiveness of our community outreach and clinical programs in York County. Experience with children's Targeted Case Management, children's outpatient and Home Community Treatment preferred.
Duties:
Administrative oversight of case management and outpatient teams and program-level supervisors, including hiring, training and ongoing clinical supervision. Fiscal and program planning/monitoring including productivity and budget management. The Associate Regional Director will be soundly familiar with a variety of clinical practice models in targeted case management, family therapy, collocated counseling services, and a variety of behavioral approaches used in both outpatient and community-based treatments. This person is active in community partnerships and is highly collaborative with members of communities throughout York County.
Qualifications:
This individual will need to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maine. The ideal candidate will have experience providing services to children and families as well as a minimum of 2 years experience supervising. This individual needs to be highly organized and an effective communicator and leader. This individual is innovative and creative and invested in exemplary services to children and families.
