The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned homes in the Spurwink Adult Program in Portland and the surrounding areas.
This position provides case management to the residents of the home and provides supervision to the Direct Support Professionals working in the homes.
In this position the Residential Manager will think outside of the box to support residents with getting out into the community, meeting and interacting with community members.
It is a Monday-Friday schedule that pays between $20.
00-$21.
50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in the social services sector as a direct line staff or manager preferred.
