Description:
Spurwink Services is looking for a program supervisor for the Evidenced-Based Community Practices Division (EBCPD) in York County. This supervisor will provide weekly supervision to direct service staff in Spurwink''s EBCPD, which oversees services such as Children''s Targeted Case Management, Home and Community Treatment, and Public School Counseling. The supervisor is responsible for assigning cases, ensuring program compliance, and providing fiscal oversight. This supervisor will also have some case-carrying responsibilities.
Duties:
The Program Supervisor willl participate in the hiring of new staff, training staff, supervising staff within the program and in the community, monitoring productivity expectations of staff, knowing and complying with program policies and procedures, adhering to Spurwink and mental health licensing standards re: confidentiality, Client rights, etc, consulting with and coordinating services within the community, as appropriate, providing quality assurance reviews of client records in conjunction with the CQI department, providing and participating in individual and group supervision of staff.
Qualifications:
Master''s degree in social work from an accredited school. Maine state independent social work licensure required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
