Its clean, comfortable, and spacious floor plan offers two large bedrooms, two full baths, amazing kitchen space with a large island opened to the cozy living area, a quiet den and garage to park your vehicle. Enjoy water views and a nice walk to the river bank during your stay. This is fully furnished, linens included if desired and has a washer and dryer for your convenience. This home is located next door to us meaning we are available and attentive to issues or needs. Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, wi-fi, snow removal and yard maintenance. We seek one or two professionals to share this space. Strictly non smoking/vaping and no pets. Respectfully, this is not a "party" house as we seek individuals who respect the care this home has received and what it offers to help your stay in Maine be as comfortable as possible. Short term stays are also considered as is housekeeping/linen changes. Previous guest have been doctors and nurses. We have done it all and anything is worth a conversation. Sharing this space with another person is also ideal due to the large sized front to back bedrooms, 2 full baths and an extra den offering separate/private sitting space.
